Average rating 1.0 based on 1 reviewAfter having waited for weeks for someone to deal with my order, they then contacted me telling me they could supply what I had ordered and would I like a complete breakdown of the costs. I replied yes that I would. I then get another email telling me that one of the orchids, that they had said is available, is not and would I like to substitute it with another. I gave them 2 options as substitutes and told them that finding substitutes is difficult since they don't keep their site up to date. I got this reply from them: "We are trying to serve clients rather than constantly updating the web site as we are severely limited by staffing." Well how can you serve clients if your web site information of the available plants is incorrect and Days Old? The order was cancelled.
